I'm suffering from dry mouth since 8 months I'm prediabetic without any hypertension I used homeopathic medicine for skin allergy for one year is dry mouth is side effect of medicine recently I'm suffering from weight loss and extreme fatigue. No fever No chills No intestinal issues .how I can get rid of dry mouth I feel too much hot when I eat food
