Dry scalp, fungal infection on scalp
Complete head have Dry scalp and daily i see a thin Layer dry skin small small patches are created and i consulted with doctor and they give me a course of 30 days by saying that i have fungal infection. Its been 15 days and i don't see any improvement and sometime i think the situation is becoming more worse. Initially I thought it is only a dandruff, I removed all my hair then i realize it is some sort of infection.
Medication which i am taking include gel and cream which have same composition named as ketoconazole gel and cream and terbest medicine daily. I am really scared what is going wrong with my scalp. Please help me to understand what should i do.

You are suffering from seborrheic dermatitis causing scaling. Medicine available for good improvement......As the treatment varies depending on the severity... Send more photos of the affected area, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
