Dry Skin Rash
Hi, I have dry skin Rash mainly on neck( sometimes back). It comes and goes after few weeks. This problem, I am facing from many years. Please suggest, is there any deficiency I have or any other problem. Thank you

Are your exposed to sun! Avoid harsh drying soaps and hotwater. Avoid applying perfumes cosmetics etx . Apply moisturiser like cetaphil dam daily on dry areas. Of problem still persists, consult
