You are suffering from severe dryness,it may be due to overuse of smartphone ,computer & watching TV for long duration without break & side effects of some medicine you might be taking for another problem, there is no permanent CURE  for dryness, you can use lubricating eye drops 4- 5 times a day( Refresh liquigel)&omega 3fatty acid capsule. If you believe in pranayam, kapalbhati taught by  Swami Ramdeo on astha channel will be beneficial for you.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You can use a artificial tear drop preparation like OnTears eye drop. One drop 5 times a day daily. If you do find satisfactory difference, then ok or else just get it checked out by a ophthalmologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
