Due to over sun exposure my skin tanned
Due to over sun exposure my skin got tanned. Now skin is getting rejuvenating slowly but black spots under eye are not getting cure..plz suggest any cream or treatment to cure it...

Dark eye circles are unrelated to tanning
It's either because of hyperpigmentation/vascular/ structure
Avarta undereye gel is good option but need to examine you best in person
