Dull Skin and hairfall
My skin is getting darker and it has smile lines and crow feet. Also I'm going through a heavy hairfall. I have vitamin d and b12 deficiency. Kindly suggest some good medicine.

Hair fall can be due to vitamin deficiency also. But other factors can increase it furthermore. Please start with the vitamin D and B12 supplements. Will need to examine the scalp for proper assessment. For Dull Skin, smile lines and crow's feet there are different treatments that can be done.
