Ear blockage, less hearing
Constant ear blockage during sleep/laying down. No pain or leakage, yet. As if something is stuck there. Whenever I pull the ear in a specific direction, I hear fine

It is related to pressure changes.  Consult an Audiologist.  He/she can help you out with simple maneuver.  Before that a simple test of middle ear needs to be done.  Which is impedance audiometry.  Based on the results we can decide if it is really a pressure change or any infection
