Do you have any ringing sensation, hearing loss along with pain.. Is there bleeding from ear after slap.. ? If only pain is there , any painkiller medicine is enough.. If u have rest all along with pain you need urgent ent consultation to check ear drum and ear nerves.

You will have to get the tympanic membrane examined, there can be a perforation. For the pain you can take a simple PCM.
