Hi, Im having ear pain and not able to hear properly from left ear. Could you please assist with an ear drop that i cab use initially ?

As per your description you might have developed infection in the middle ear.. need to be confirmed by otoscopy.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
