Ear pain in left ear
Acute pain in ear, need some painreleiver or antibiotics. Had used ear buds after putting ear wax liquid however the ear wax had not came up or melted and use of ear buds pushed the wax and thereafter having pain

You seem to be suffering from impacted wax inside your ear canal or acute otitis externa. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem. You can use antibiotic drops like candibiotic for time being and consult a specialist
