Ear pressure
My husband 38 has been complaining about ear pressure for the last 6 months, initially it occurred from a throat infection, he has consulted at least 4-5 ENT doctors, all of them prescribed antibiotics and anti allergy and nasal spray fluticason, in last 6 months , he has taken antibiotics, after taking antibiotics he got some relief but after few days problem reoccurs , he has done ct scan PNS , impedance audiometry, purtone audiometry, even brain MRI everything is normal, he is also suffering severe headache back front rotational What should we do

CT pns shows left maxillary sinusitis
Next Steps
He should continue using antiallergic and fluticasone nasal spray for atleast one month and if problem persists he should get operated for sinusitis i.e., F.E.S.S. (Functional endoscopic sinus surgery)
