  4. Ear problem pus. Me what will i do!

I had operated my ear due to hole in my ear drum and smell pus had been out flow always. i operated before 15 to 17 year ago. but a couple of days back i felt pus come again flow i wanna know that what will be the reason behind it. i am very dispersed. Please suggest me what will i do
