What is the white flaky thing on my 6 month old baby's left ear. Daily I clean but it appears eventually. Please suggest

Its normal. No need to use buds or anything or clean. Just wipe the outside area with clean cotton. If there's any itching or irritation or pain, please consult and then only start medicine
