I have operation of my left ear 8 year ago but now problems come again some liquid come and smell and sound come continuously also i have lasing problems from left ear, please give me good suggestion i humble request to you.

As per your description.. there might be recurrence of the disease.. need to be evaluated by otoscopy.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
