Hello,
I am 35 years old. From last month the number of days of my periods is reducing. This month I had it for 3 days only. I would like to know that if I am approaching the early menopause. If yes , I would like to know how to delay it. Note: my period dates is fluctuating since the time I had my first period.

Hello dear hope you in good health, 3 days periods are not less but still if your periods are regular also you can start tab yaz once a day for 28 days, and from day 29 start new packet, this for 1 year so your hormonal deficiency will be corrected
The days and amount of bleeding may reduce with age. Certain tests and personal/family history is required to know if you are approching early menopause. Please consult your doctor for examination.
Periods of more than 2 days are normal and not suggestive of menopause
