Early Pregnancy 4 weeks

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi, We just found pregnancy test positive last we ek and our doctor suggested mentioned medicines in profile like Ecosprin, Fol123, Sustun 200 etc. We also had a history of two missed abortion but reason was not known . What additional medicines needs to be taken? Also in one if the previous report my wife's IGm serum is little higher 15 mg. . Is it good to start insulin injections at this stage??

Need more sugar details for insulin. Above described medicine are good enough for abortion other wise
