Early pregnancy after 1st

Hi Doctor, Me and my wife doubt that she is pregnant again after 4 months of her first child.But it was unexpected for us.So we both have planned to abort for now.Her LPD was 26th June. If she takes any pills for abort will that effects the breast feeding for the child ? Please suggest.

First confirm pregnancy by doing a urine pregnancy test. The mode of delivery of ur first child is also very important. It is very unlikely to conceive within 4 months of delivery.
