May be  pregnancy or normal menses if pregnancy means overdue or delayed menses go for urine pregnancy test or beta HCG test if positive means pregnancy take as a threatened abortion start hormone like progesterone and tab trenexa or consult  online  if negative test this mean non pregnant stat also done USG
