  4. Echo report. Need to take some measures!

Hi I am having mild chest pain problem since few days. Did an echo. I am sharing my report. If possible please help me if this is normal or I need to take some measures regarding the same.

Will require proper history prior to advice. There is a mention of mild AR in echo, otherwise it's normal.
