Plz see my echo- i have been having discomfort in chest, upper back, shoulder, upper abdomen. Feel twisting of inner organs as if someone has set on fire.. fast heart rate and fatigue- i decided to get echo done to rule heart.. Plz check report I have had stomach issues in past- endoscopy in jan showed mild gastritis.. and my diet has been all junk

Take antacids. All problems are related to gastritis. No cardiac issue as such. Echo is within normal limits
