Ecosprin AV 75/10 or 75/20

I would like to know the difference of medication affect of Ecosprin AV75/10 and ecosprin av 75/20.
For last 10days as per 1st cardio consultation my mom has been taking ecosprin av 75/10. However, second consultation with another doc suggested she should have ecosprin ac 75/20 which she just started taking today.
I would like to know the difference and affect of these two different medicine? Will Changing the medication from 75/10 to 75/20 can have adverse affect?

There is change in dose of statins- cholesterol tablets
Ecosprin AV is combination tablets
This should not have any side effects
