Hi, Need to see the full holter report to comment. If only occasionally pac means nothing to worry. do you have any other illnesses like thyroid disorders? Your echo and basic blood investigation are normal? Do you feel palpitation frequently? If you have frequent symptoms consult for further evaluation.
