ED, burning ejaculation, urine flow drib
Dear Doctor, I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am obese 112kg. For the past few months my erection is very poor. Penis is always shrunk. If I do masturbation and ejaculate I get burning sensation while ejaculating. My urine flow is not good enough. Passing urine many times at night. What could be the problem? My master health check up report is normal, done last month. I am worried. Advice me correctly.

Obesity could be the cause of poor erection.  Pre-diabetes could be another cause. Burning usually is due to infection. Take tablet Norfolk-400 mg twice daily for 5 days after breakfast and dinner. Drink plenty of water. You should reduce your weight by atleast 35 kgs over a period of 9-12 months  gradually. Consult a dietician for better results. Have regular physical exercises for atleast 1 hour daily in morning. Completely avoid junk foods and fastfoods. Drink plenty of water.
