I got my last periods on 26th July. Usually I have a period cycle of 30 days. However this month I was expecting it to get my periods by 26 or 27th August but I got my periods on 10th August. I usually get my periods on time. Is it a matter of concern. I am also suffering from UTI and recently passed my kidney stone. I also have PCOS.

Sometimes infection can cause hormone imbalance so can cause irregular periods. If repeats again next month then get ultrasound lower abdomen and thyroid profile done.
