Dear Doctor,
I am not sure if there is any problem as of now but I had the confusion so I thought let me clarify.
Sometimes when I masturbate, there is no ejaculation and I reach the climax, however whenever I go for Oral sex or complete sex, I have regular ejaculation. Is this any sort of problem? what should I do and should I go for any test?
