Today is the 13 day of my embyro transfer and i did pregnancy kit test on 10th day and then today on that day it was positive and today it came negative.so does it mean negative or should i wait till blood test...

Take the test after 3 days.
Previous test might be positive due to HCG injection.

Whn was day one of the periods last,?
Pregnancy test can be done 24 hours after a skipped period
Blood test bhcg wud be a more confirmatory test
