It's been more than 2 years now he's been facing this problem. The problem is whenever he tries to meet anybody he get this sudden urge to puke, although he doesn't vomit but it feel like to voimit. We have read about this alot online and his symptoms matches exactly this the ones written online. Due to this fear of vommiting, he has been living alone and never tries to socialise.

He needs to be evaluated in detail by a psychiatrist. It’s a kind of an anxiety due to which he feels like puking or vomitting out. He needs to be put on some medications for the same. A detailed evaluation, diagnoses and medications will surely help him socialise with people.
