Tend to eat more may be part of many things. Anxiety, depression are few among them. Eat. That's good. Even me,tend to eat more when I remain idle after my work.
The point is that you are anxious. Why? Needs to be to valuated. And are you luxurious enough to eat that much on the background of your health condition. Need to be evaluated.
Your anxiety needs to be addressed. And then your eating habit too, if its an issue of concern.
At the end of the day. Seek help. You may need it.

As per your history anxiety & eating are going towards Obsessional compulsive behaviour ,some conflict is peresent in your mind & any repeated thinking may be so plz consult psychiatrist ,need proper evaluation & treatment .
