Endometrial Hyperplasia
I'm 28 years old. I just got my Ultrasound done for pelvis. It says endometrial hyperplasia with 22mm thickness. Should I really worry about it. Or will it go with oral medication?

Will depend upon which day in the cycle this was measured The best time to measure endometrial thickness is  day two of your periods If you are sexually active and the endometrial thickness is raised on day two you would require biopsy

Thickness of endometrium varies according to the day of cycle. Significance of thickened endometrium at your age depends upon other symptoms for which USG was done Would recommend repeat USG on Second day of your bleeding cycle
