Endometrium thickness 14.1mm
My baby was born on feb 14. From feb 14 till feb 25th i got periods. After that i was have heavy flow on july 1st it was only for a day..  And spotting for a week. Again spotting started on july  7th nd it was having spotting till august 7th From aug 8th i got heavy flow till aug 15th. I didn't get period till august 20th. From august  21st till august 31st was having spotting.from 31st august i developed UTI As per doctor advice took pause d to arresy my period. Took a pelvis ultrasound and found 14.1mm endometrim thickness. Doctor advice's to take contraceptive pill. Any other way?

You can take Injection DMPA or Mirena Intrauterine device to control heavy periods and reduce endometrial thickness
