Enlarged adeniods
Hi sir. My son age 3 years 3 months Weight 12 to 13 kg Two months back having adeniods grade 3 and medicines used problem solved that time. Again now ..sytoms Mouth breathing while sleep.from two days Now showing ears may be its pain I think so. Light cold voice also changed No cough . Can u please suggest natural treatment .? or any medicines.

Get one X Ray adenoids done .if child has enlarged adenoids which is significant. Take ENT surgeon s opinion. Will not advise any natural remedies because it’s not my field so I hv no knowledge in aurvedic science

Enlarged adenoids are usually due to an infection or allergy. Mild viral infections can also cause the same symptoms. If there is no fever or other symptoms, infections is less likely. Oral honey may help. You can also try antihistamines and a cold syrup.

One tsf honey with ginger in morning and afternoon You may use readymade preparation for it as syrup honnitus 5ml thrice daily. Use warm milk added with turmeric. No ice cold water for drinking. Use warm water.
