My BMI is proper as per age but my cheeks are inside and doesn't look good
When ever I tried to eat more healthy ( vitamins , proteins) , I usually get weight on my thigh and tummy but no improvement on cheeks.
Morning , I start my day with lukewarm water and lemon but it is decreasing fat my face only instead of any other body part .
Same thing will go with workouts as-well. It's just decreasing fat my face instead of any other body part.
Could you please suggest me how to get fat in cheeks?
