Ecosprin is advised by your OG during pregnancy to prevent early pregnancy loss and few other indications(IVF etc.).If you experience any bleeding/clots while on ecosprin you can reduce the dose/stop in consultation with your OG. At times blood thinner injections such as low molecular heparin are used instead.
Next Steps
Consult your OG Donot stop Ecosprin Dose can be halved in consultation with OG

U should continue it mam But may be at Lower dose of 75mg which we give. 150 is very unlikely to be required in your case. U should continue it at 75mg in my opinion.
