But sir test reports are all normal but how's it is possible why don't show symptoms are signs of epilepsy in test reports

Hi. Epilepsy usually manifests clinically. MRI and brain scan reports are mostly normal in majority of cases. These tests are done to rule out underlying organic brain changes. A normal scan doesn't rule out epilepsy. EEG can pick up seizure discharges in some cases. Epilepsy is usually diagnosed based on symptoms.
