I am 27year male, from last 2years I am taking Telma 40 for high blood pressure. Today I in my urin test i have two count . 1. epithelial cells occasional and 2. microorganisms scanty .
what is this? I have back pain some time. is this kidney problem ?

Could be urine infection or renal calculous.do c/s of urine and cbc and blood sugar with usg of kub.If want to start antibiotic .Start zanocin 200 mg one tab two times after food for 7 days.Drink plenty of water.
