Epydermoid cyst over back
I had a lump back side since 1and half year, I have tested seven months back FNC test shows epydermoid cyst, last 15 days ago it starts pain for 4 days and some pus inside it, but it does not burst automatically and now no pain for 10 days and it seems little white outside what I will do, does it need immediate operation please help me, Or I have to do FNC test once again

It appears that the cyst is infected. please visit a surgeon who will evaluate. The cyst most likely needs to be drained and the cyst excised.
