Erectile disfunction
My brother has sexually interacted with 30+ women in the past 6 years but past few times he has faced an issue with staying erect before penetration but not during penetration. He has also faced in indulging in intercourse multiple times in the same day/night. He's confused as to what to do and came to me for advice. I myself don't know what to do.

Just consult a specialist i.e psychiatrist or an urologist in person for detailed evaluation and treatment. Treatment is possible and both medicines and therapy are available as treatment options.
