I have done some penis exercise which involve pull down and push up erected penis from it's root while watching porn and also message penis including glans.i have also put some weights on erected penis all this happened for 9 days.after 7 days I realized something wrong with my erection I visited urologist and doctor prescribed nano leo sachet and penile Doppler .my penile Doppler test was normal doctor said u don't have any problem in penis .and some time I observed that I got erection in morning but it it is not hard enough as earlier I used to have .than doctor prescribed t modula 5 mg and nano leo mesachet and hormones test my testetorne test was normal I got very hard erection when I took t modula .but after I stopped medicine problem came again I witnessed loss of spontaneous erection in day and light I watched porn but it does not induce hard erection I don't what's problem is I am unmarried and 24 year

having 2 reason
1- stress/ tension/ anxity/ irritable/ depresion
2- medical as sex hormone etc
better assess properly n plan treatment accordingaly
rather than just blind treatment
