Patient is diagnosed with locally advanced Esophageal cancer. Need to consult with experienced doctors about every aspect of possible treatments also patient isn't able to swallow food causing weakness.

What does the CT report show. If it's locally advanced without actually invading surrounding structures, patient can be a candidate for neoadjuvant radiation and chemotherapy to downstage the disease followed by surgery. However if the disease is involving other organs like trachea, right atrium etc, then the treatment will be palliative like radiation, stenting, ablation of tumor etc
