Sir i have severe pain daily in my chest and throat i am doing yoga pawanmuktasana and pachimottasana while doing yoga esophagus will irritate or not i dont no i will continue or not yoga making mind relax or which exercise is good for esophagitis

Continue yoga you may do cycling swimming brisk walking all these are good for mental physical health and for esophagitis also this is beneficial
