Esr 25 mild cough
My brother (30 yrs old) has mild cough from a month. His esr is 25 and X-ray cbc reports are attached. He doesn't smoke. There's no shortness of breath. Kindly suggest what can it be. IgE is 14. X-ray report shows prominent bronchovascular markings. Rest is ok. Please suggest what can it be.

No need to worry...it could just be due to allergy or exposure to acute allergens or smoke or dust if no other constitutional symptoms. Consult for detailed evaluation
