ESR in blood shows high
When undergone blood check up the ESR in the report shows 60mm. I am 50 years old woman. Renal function, urine routine, blood HR,TC,DC etc are normal. I have no other health problem or illness. So why my ESR shows high. Please advice

ITS SUGGESTED THAT YOU ARE HAVING CHRONIC ILLNESS OFFN ON SOMETHING LIKE FEVER, C. COLD, ETC
NOTHING MUCH JUST TAKE CITRUS FRUITS LIKE LEMON ORANGE KIWI ETC.
