I am 18 yr old girl. i have dark neck from past few years and never focused on that .but now i feel uncomfortable with that. my chest ,thighs,legs area is even in tone but my neck ,arms feets and face are uneven.i have very dark neck and then little bit dark face as compared to my chest color.my mom usually says that it is tanned skin. so what to do to get even skin tone. and i want to use the most natural way of it .
