Evening only fever feeling and tired
My mother age is 53. She is having type 2 diabetes and high BP. She is on medication of Dytor 10 mg one per day and glyohage 500 mg for diabetis one per day. From one week she is feeling feverish and tired and head ache and not having energy and feeling fallen. But she is not having fever. Two days back we checked sugar test. Her blood glouse after one hour of breakfast is 312 mg/dl. Is night fever feeling is due to diabetes? But she is feeling well in morning.

Hi., Make sure she's not having any cold-like symptoms. Check her BP too as its fluctuations can cause these symptoms. Her sugar levels also need to be taken care of. Need to increase the dose of medicine
