Excercise during kids planning
Hi, am in kids planning. Am having pcod. My doctor suggested me to do excercise for reducing weight.Some people not suggested to do exercises.Is this ok to excercise during in planning? Please clarify my doubt......,,,

Weight loss  before  pregnancy  is good..you can do  light exercises  under supervision  of your  gynaecologist..if.you have any questions/doubts...you can consult with me online through Practo chat

Simple exercises are actually good when you are planning. Ex. Walking.
