Excess protein discharge in urine.
Sonography of kidney reported normal, kidney profile also reported normal but 24 hr. urine test reported protein discharge upto 11400 ml/d , which is very very high.

U r having nephrotic syndrome . Needs thorough work up including possible kidney biopsy
