Excessive Belching/Burping
I am not sure what is happening I am burping alot from past few months and releasing gas as well, i work at night shift and I am cautious what I eat generally , I drink tea and coffee like 2,3 times in a day and rest al healthy food I am just fed up of it

This is called Acidity.its because of your irregular work schedule,night shift duties.&aggravate due to tea/coffee.

If possible for you,request your office for day schedule duty. -Electric tea/coffee by buttermilk/lemon juice.

-Avoid overeating /taking full meal at a time. instead take multiple small portion of simple food/juice/salad's at short interval of every 2hrs. -take  adequate Sleep_7-8hrs/day. _avoid taking water at the time of me all.keep 1/2 an HR gap between meal & drinking water.Instead take either buttermilk or palatable hot water green tea.along with food will help you a lot. If necessary then consult Dr for homeopathic medicines.to get complete relief.
