Excessive Fatigue After COVID Recovery
It has been 10 days since I recovered from COVID-19. All my symptoms have resolved but I am still experiencing excessive fatigue. I am taking vitamin supplements, plenty of fluids, a good diet and sufficient rest but do not seem to be getting my energy back. Any light exertion also tires me out and I start experiencing joint pain. Please suggest what else I can do. Thank you. And to any doctor/healthcare worker reading this - Thank you for your service to the nation. We are so grateful for everything that you are doing for us.

First of all, thank you for your encouraging words. It means a lot to us who are providing service specifically to covid patients. Regarding your concern, post covid fatigue can stay for 1 - 2 months however it is not common at age 30 yrs. You are doing all you should do for post covid syndrome,so continue to do same. Just check your blood hemoglobin level, potassium level.
Next Steps
take sugar salt water, coconut water if you are not allergic to it. Consult with the reports if fatigue persists.
