Hi. If u feel there are certain wounds on your scalp then you ought to get it checked by a dermatologist. Cause of the hair loss also has to be ascertained. Common causes being improper diet or crash dieting, recent infections or febrile illnesses, thyroid disorder, some surgical intervention, stress, anxiety and depression, some inflammatory disorder etc. If you feel u have chronic dandruff I would suggest u get it checked with a local dermatologist and make sure we r not missing on likelihood of any condition like psoriasis.
