I was given certain diuretic type herbs by one ayurvedic dr.for my bladder infection problems such as punarnava churna, goksura tab and even neeri syrup but the dose was more than ordinary dose so I'm still facing continuous non stop urine output and its not stopping at all even when I stopped taking those diuretic herbs. I've no symptoms like burning and all as seen in UTIs. But now it's like excessive laxation of urine and then also when I stopped drinking water I faced alot of nausea and lose motions too..how do I stop urine output? And make it normal and which anti diuretic herb should I take now?

Actually taking diuretics for many days leads to this condition
Maybe ur sphincter has loosened so u are facing this problem kindly take proper physical examination from gynecologist
Even after stoping medication if you are having such symptoms then its better to do a Urine analysis. Even in this cold weather usually urine output inscreases so try to cover your extremities with socks and stay in warm enviornment.
Thanks for trusting Ayurveda and seeking help on authentic platform.
Less likely to note such huge difference in urine output and frequency by said ayurvedic medicines.
And great that I put hold on said medicines so within 24hrs these action resolve by its own and not need not to panic.
If you are having excessive urine output even after stopping the medicine then there might be a possibility of having certain other issue .Since it is winter season,so it can be one of the reason for excessive urine.
Next Steps
Take consultation from doctor to resolve the problem.
Health Tips
Don't stop drinking water.Drink as much you feel thirsty. avoid caffeine, sugar and liquid diet specially after evening time and try to keep yourself warm to avoid problems due to cold weather.
To manage excessive urination caused by diuretic herbs:
1. Anti-Diuretic Herbs: Take Shatavari Churna (1 tsp twice daily with milk) and Chandraprabha Vati (1 tablet twice daily).
2. Hydration & Electrolytes: Sip on coconut water or Shadanga Paniya (water boiled with Musta, Parpataka, etc.).
3. Diet: Include cooling and nourishing foods like rice, moong dal, and ghee. Avoid spicy and salty foods.
4. Lifestyle: Rest well and avoid physical exertion.
This will help stabilize urine output. Consult an Ayurvedic doctor if symptoms persist.
